This mattifying toner is a biphasic lotion: the transparent phase purifies and tightens pores. The powdered phase regulates the production of sebum (oil), giving an immediate mattifying effect, without drying out or irritating the skin. Suitable for oily, blemish prone skin.

Zinc Gluconate: helps soothe and visibly reduce redness.
